Our boat detailing service ensures your vessel looks pristine on the water. We offer extensive cleaning and protective services for both interior and exterior surfaces, maximizing the longevity and aesthetic appeal of your boat.


Cancellation Policy

At Rocky Mountain Detail Masters, we take pride in delivering a premium detailing experience with the highest standards of care, precision, and professionalism. To maintain the exceptional quality and reliability our clients expect, the following policies apply to all appointments and services: 1. Appointment Scheduling All detailing services are by appointment only. A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service level. Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you to ensure dedicated, personalized service. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $150 late cancellation fee. No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments. 3. Vehicle Condition Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your appointment. Excessive pet hair, stains, or debris may result in additional charges. If your vehicle presents unforeseen conditions that affect the time or scope of service, your technician will discuss revised pricing before work continues. 4. Weather & Environmental Conditions For mobile detailing services, appointments may be rescheduled in the event of severe weather or unsafe working conditions. In-studio appointments will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise communicated by our team. 5. Payment Policy Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. Late fees may apply for unpaid balances beyond the agreed payment period. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion so we can address them promptly and professionally. 7. Liability While every precaution is taken to protect your vehicle, Rocky Mountain Detail Masters is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or personal items left inside the vehicle.
